  1. What is my subscription number?

    Your subscriber number is a 10 digit number that is used to identify you and your subscription. This number includes any preceding zeros and it can be found above your name and address on your monthly magazine carrier sheet and on all correspondence that we send to you.

  2. Will you confirm acceptance of my order?

    If you placed your order on-line, you will receive an email notification from us. If you placed your order via telephone or post you will receive a written confirmation through the post within 7-10 working days.

  3. If I'm giving a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?

    Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient we can send an electronic gift card either immediately or on the date of your choice. Also, included in the letter of acknowledgement we send you a greetings card with envelope - so you can write a personal message and send it on to the recipient. If you are buying more than one subscription, you will receive a card and envelope for each one.

  4. My subscription includes a free gift. Who will it be sent to and when?

    The free gift will always be sent to the person who purchased the subscription and please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

  5. How do I renew the subscription?

    Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires. Either complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or call our Credit Card hotline on (UK) 0844 848 5203, (Overseas) +44 1858 438 838.

  6. Can I cancel my subscription?

    The minimum term for a magazine with The National Magazine Company is 12 months. Subscriptions may be cancelled by providing 28 days notice in writing prior to the first anniversary of your subscription.

  7. Can I transfer my subscription to a different magazine?

    Yes, you may transfer your subscription to another title. Please contact our customer services on (UK) 0844 848 5203, (Overseas) +44 1858 438 838 for more information.

  8. When will the first issue arrive?

    Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK & Overseas delivered subscriptions.

  9. What if an issue doesn't arrive?

    Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on (UK) 0844 848 5203, (Overseas) +44 1858 438 838 and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

  11. I've stopped receiving my magazine subscription, what should I do?

    If your subscription has not expired, please contact our enquiry line on 0844 848 5203 and one of our customer services team members will be able to look into your account for you to find out the cause of this matter.

  12. What issue will my subscription start with? Can I specify which start issue it will be?

    Your subscription will normally start with the next available issue unless specified otherwise for cheque and credit/debit card payers. Direct Debit payer's subscription will always start with the next available issue.

  13. How do I change my address?

  14. What do you do with my personal information?

    We use your personal information provided (e.g. name, address, email address) to process your subscription order. The National Magazine Company will treat your personal information with the utmost security and follows a strict privacy guideline. On our on-line subscription order form and over the telephone we will ask you about receiving details of our magazines and services and/or those of their parties which may be of interest to you. When we have your permission, we may disclose this information to selected service providers and agents for these purposes.   15. How secure are my credit card details?

    All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.

  16. Having trouble logging in/accessing into your account?

    • Check that you have entered your subscription number correctly. This is provided on any of the correspondence that we have sent you (please see What is my subscription number?)
    • Check that you have selected the correct magazine that you are enquiring about
    • Make sure that you have selected the correct payer of the subscription, whether it is a subscription paid for yourself or paid by someone else
    • If you are still unsuccessful logging in, please contact our customer services department on 0844 848 5203.

  17. What is the price in USD$ or other currencies?

    Prices will be converted by your Credit Card Company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
